Return policy
Have you ordered an item from Chaud Devant but it's not quite what you expected? You can register your return within 30 days. If you do not return the entire order, the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Different rules apply for orders outside the EU than for those within the EU. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Order with an account
- 1. Log in to your account and go to 'My Returns'
- 2. Select the order from which you want to return items
- 3. Select the items from the relevant order
- 4. Specify the number of items being returned and the reason for return
- 5. Click on 'Submit Request'
You will then receive an email with confirmation of receipt and an overview of your return request. Once your return request has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation and can return the items.*
After receiving the return confirmation, you have 14 days to return the items. It is important that the return confirmation is included in the return package so we can process it without issues.
Order as a guest
- 1. Download the return form, fill it out completely, and email the completed form to Order@ChaudDevant.com.
- 2. You will receive an email confirming receipt and an overview of your return request.

Your return will be processed within 14 days after arrival in our warehouse, after which a credit note may be issued.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? Please follow the same steps as outlined above. You can return the item and order a new one through the regular process.
* It is important that you handle the items and packaging with care. If packaging needs to be replaced or if an item is wrinkled, we will charge the handling fees listed below per item and per action. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of damaged or worn items. Custom-made or personalized items also cannot be returned — for example, items from our Mix & Match collection or those with custom sizing.
