Clay in our hands, passion in our eyes, creating your own tableware – Which chef wouldn't want that?

Together with our chef friends Jermain de Rozario and Peter Niemantsverdriet from restaurant de Rozario*, we decided to spend an afternoon creating our own handmade tableware at Maravillas ceremics. Owner Esther Been taught us the tricks of the trade with great enthusiasm. With our hands wrapped in clay, the most beautiful plates, bowls and cups were formed, each imbued with a passion for gastronomy.
In the meantime, we were spoiled with delicious dishes from Bastiaan Smit Brasserie, everything with love & matching wine from Jacco Huitema / wine import Bart.

The chefs' creativity bubbled up and a symbiosis emerged between the culinary and visual arts.
A very special relaxed and joint adventure to make tableware together, a celebration of collaboration and passion for gastronomy.
